About Our Practice

We’re here to de-stigmatise neurodivergence and show our community that diagnoses and differences aren’t something to be ashamed of, they are part of a healthy human ecosystem. Mariana Rubcic
Psychologist

Mariana is passionate about reducing the impact of adversity and fostering hope for future wellbeing.
She believes that psychological assessment is usually the first point of call and helps shape future outcomes.
Mariana has experience in conducting psychometric assessments with children and adults presenting with a range of issues, including specific learning differences, intellectual disability, giftedness, ADHD, and personality. Mariana strives to provide guidance to individuals and their families in accessing effective, evidence-based support and intervention.
Mariana has worked across numerous mental health settings including not for profit organisations, schools, and private practice. She has experience in delivering a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. She is also an accredited provider of the Cool Kids program, a 10-week group program for children and adolescents with anxiety. Mariana completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree at Macquarie University and obtained her general registration in 2020.
In her spare time, Mariana enjoys cycling, hiking, spending quality time with friends and family, and looking after her Siberian cat.

Tracey Forward

Tracey has experience conducting psychometric assessments across the life span and has a keen interest in cognitive and academic concerns, intellectual disability, learning disorders, giftedness, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
She is passionate about supporting clients to develop greater self-understanding to reduce self-stigmatisation and improve quality of life. She adopts a non-judgemental approach to help people feel safe and heard when exploring their concerns.
Tracey has worked across a variety of mental health settings including university clinics, forensics and schools and has experience in delivering therapy using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to both individuals and groups.
She is also a registered nurse with a background in Oncology, homeless health and in clinical trials for Alzheimer’s disease.
Tracey completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours 1 st class) at Australian Catholic University and Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University. Tracey is currently undertaking the Clinical Psychology Registrar program. She is member of the Australian Psychological Society.
In her spare time Tracey enjoys drawing and painting, rock climbing and spending time with her pet birds.

Sherzan's multifaceted experience encompasses leadership roles in psychiatric hospital settings, including adept management of adolescent wards and facilitating impactful group therapy sessions. Trained in DBT and fueled by a fervent dedication to helping individuals navigate life's complexities, Sherzan specialises in assisting those grappling with Borderline Personality Disorders (BPD), Complex Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), addiction, depression, and anxiety.
With Medicare rebates available, Sherzan extends a supportive hand in addressing relationship dynamics, nurturing self-worth, and fostering resilience. Experience transformative healing through telehealth or face-to-face individual therapy sessions at Parramatta Wellbe Psychology and Counselling Clinic.
