We provide a comprehensive psychological assessment package for children, adolescents, and adults for a range of concerns. Each assessment is tailored for our clients unique needs and may include:

Tele-assessments and Telehealth
In addition to our physical clinic spaces, we offer a virtual clinic in order to make therapy and assessments accessible to all. We have therapists available for tele-assessments and telehealth sessions throughout Australia.

Therapy Sessions
Sometimes a listening ear and a fresh perspective from a qualified professional is just what you need to move forward. Our consultation service refers to 50-minute sessions. Self and Plan managed NDIS and Medicare are accepted.
Mental Health Care Plans may enable you to receive a Medicare rebate for these sessions.

Couples Therapy
Our therapists know how disorienting your world feels when you and your partner aren't on the same page. We know you want to communicate better, feel closer, and work towards a warm, trusting relationship, but you don't know how to get there. Our skilled couples therapists are ready to assist you in navigating both the significant (and little) challenges that life presents.
Mental Health Care Plans may enable you to receive a Medicare rebate for these sessions.

Groups and Workshops
Our evidence-based groups offer clients an opportunity to interact with like minded individuals, learn new skills, and access additional support. Self and Plan managed NDIS and Medicare are accepted.

Brain Building Feedback
Here at Heart & Mind, our psychologists are passionate about working with neurodivergent children and teens. Through Brain Building Feedback we’ll help your child develop strategies to understand their brain, and provide guidance and language for explaining testing results to your child or teen. Beyond diagnosis, aftercare is a part of the holistic approach that we believe you deserve.
Mental Health Care Plans may enable you to receive a Medicare rebate for these sessions. The price is per session. Your child may require 1-3 sessions or ongoing sessions depending on their needs.
HOW IT WORKS
Step One
Contact us to discuss your needs and schedule your first appointment.
Step Two
We tentatively reserve your booking for 24 hours. Your appointment will be confirmed once your online intake forms and booking deposit has been processed.
Step Three
You will be sent online pre-assessment screeners to be completed prior to your first appointment.
